Westfjords weather likes to have the final word. We choose sensible routes, adapt when conditions change and only paddle when it is safe and enjoyable.

Good to know
No. The tours are beginner-friendly and start with a clear safety and paddling briefing.
Wear warm layers and bring a windproof jacket. Avoid cotton where possible. We provide neoprene boots and the essential paddling equipment.
Safety comes first. We may adjust the route, move the departure time or cancel if conditions are not suitable.
For the Ísafjörður tour, meet at Red Hut 3—labelled Tours & Gifts—at the main cruise port. Private-tour meeting details are confirmed before departure.
